How does it work?
Our onboarding team will work closely with you to build your bespoke online grocery delivery platform. This will be fully-branded as your own and you can have confidence that your platform will reflect the look and feel of you store.
Your grocery delivery platform will be hosted on your very own domain, for example: storename.co.uk.
How do I receive orders?
We’ll provide you with a hand-held terminal and printer to receive orders. This will allow you to manage orders and easily add products on to the app.
Retailers can scan the barcode of each product and assign a price and a category, e.g. alcohol, fresh produce, etc, and it will appear on the app. It’s as simple as that!
Managing orders has never been easier. Your staff just have to review and approve each order as they come through via the terminal, gather the products and have them ready for collection when the designated delivery driver arrives.
What stores qualify for white label websites?
Stores that decide to launch their own white label website typically have a strong social media following or are already delivering a significant volume of orders.
These stores usually have an established customer base, which allows them to leverage their online presence and brand loyalty when transitioning to their own platform. By creating a direct ordering channel, these stores can increase brand awareness and customer loyalty with their store.
Alternatively, if a store is close to an existing store currently trading on the Snappy Shopper marketplace, we would offer a branded white label website for the store to deliver through.
Can I also join Snappy Shopper?
Yes, stores that use our white label service will also be added to the Snappy Shopper marketplace, offering them an additional channel to reach more customers.
Orders will come through the same hand-held device and service fees are exactly the same. By being part of the Snappy Shopper platform, these stores gain exposure to a broader audience, driving increased traffic and order volume.
Please note that not all stores will be accepted on Snappy Shopper depending on existing stores within the area.
How much does it cost?
Our white label service doesn’t cost stores anything extra beyond our standard Snappy Shopper Marketplace service charges, making it an affordable way to expand their online presence.
