As a Snappy Shopper retailer, you’ll have complete control over your inventory and pricing on the app, with the ability to manage orders and connect with delivery drivers at the touch of a button.

Getting started with Snappy Shopper

Like other successful retailers, you want to tap in to a new route to market and reach thousands of new customers via the Snappy Shopper platform. No problem! Simply fill in the form below and tell us a little bit about your store and business goals. Our team will review this information then get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Snappy Shopper technology

When you join the Snappy Shopper family, we’ll provide you with a hand-held terminal and printer. This will allow you to manage orders and easily add products on to the app. We also integrate with most EPOS systems, so can work alongside your current technology.

Retailers can scan the barcode of each product and assign a price and a category, e.g. alcohol, fresh produce, etc, and it will appear on the app. It’s as simple as that! Typically, our stores feature around 2,000 of their top-selling products, with the option to add additional categories to promote seasonal items at times like Christmas and Halloween.

Managing orders has never been easier. Your staff just have to review and approve each order as they come through via the terminal, gather the products and have them ready for collection when the designated delivery driver arrives.

Convenient deliveries with Snappy Shopper

When you join Snappy Shopper, you have the freedom to appoint and manage your own delivery drivers for your store, helping you to serve and connect with your local community. Most of our retailers fulfill orders in as little as 30 minutes, leading to fast transactions and happy customers!  

The Snappy Shopper terminal also features advanced GPS technology, which will allow you to liaise with and track your delivery drivers at the touch of a button. 

Ongoing support with Snappy Shopper

Once you’re fully onboarded with Snappy Shopper, our experienced Account Managers will be in regular contact to ensure you’re getting the very best out of the platform. Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you to set business goals and keep you up-to-date with any exclusive marketing or promotional opportunities. They’ll also be on hand to assist with any challenges or questions you have, whatever they may be.

Spreading the word with Snappy Shopper

Our retailers are all provided with a comprehensive point of sale pack when joining the Snappy Shopper family, helping to promote your new offering throughout the local community. The pack includes: 

  • Leaflets
  • Pavement signs
  • Window posters
  • Shelf toppers
  • Car magments

In addition to this, our Marketing Team will promote your stores across our social media platforms to drive sales on the app and generate awareness. They will also provide you with content, graphics and general advice for your own social media channels, to help you promote your Snappy Shopper offering and engage customers.

Your questions answered

How long does setup take once I join?

We can have you up and running in as little as 7 days so you can start to reap the benefits of the platform as soon as possible.

How much commission do I pay on each order?

Retail Service Fee that reduces as volume increases, as we recognise that maximising GMV is something that takes a concerted effort from both of us. Starting from 3.75% and decreasing as you hit monthly GMV tiers.

When do I receive payments?

Payments come through to our retailers each Monday for all sales made the previous week.

I see a lot of money off promotions online. Do I pay for these, or does Snappy Shopper?

Most of the time, we cover the cost of these promotions. We will never offer this promotion for your store without consulting you, unless we are absorbing the fee. There will be opportunities for you to offer exclusive promotions, however, which you will fund.

Can any store sign up?

Our team will review your store, business goals and location when you apply to ensure that you are a suitable partner. We aim to work with a limited number of the top retailers in any given area.
