For retailers in the PayPoint network

Promotion opens 30/07/2021 and runs until 31/12/2021.

Terms and Conditions (of which instruction form part) and following General terms:

 

Eligibility:

1. Applications are open to retailers of England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland in the PayPoint retail network

2. The technical set-up fee (launch pack) will be discounted by 50% for retailers in the PayPoint network, details contained in the Commercials section below

 

Promotional Period:

4. The promotion starts on 30th July 2021 and runs until 31st December 2021 @ 9am. 

 

How to Apply:

5. Applications must be made via official channels only:

a. Retailer Guides issued by PayPoint and provided to retailers. 

b. Registrations of interest links available on PayPoint One terminals.

c. Through Paypoint’s Retail Development Manager

 

Commercials:

6. The set-up fee charged by Snappy Shopper Limited to Authorised Retailers will be discounted from the usual charge of £500 to £250 (“Set-up Fee“) for those Retailers Introduced by PayPoint.

7. Retailers are expected to reach minimum Sales via the solution of £2,000 per week (“Minimum Sales Level“) by the end of a 17-week ramp up sales period (“Ramp Up Period“).

8. Once a retailer reaches the Minimum Sales Level, the Set-up Fee will be refunded to the Authorised Retailer by Snappy Shopper Limited.

 

General:

1.

a. Challenge 25 protocols are upheld using the Snappy Shopper Drivers App which safeguards the Driver to check and record ID for supply of restricted products.

b. Average delivered sales figures taken at 27/07/2021 show stores beyond their 17 week ramp-up period are generating on average in excess of £2000.

2.

a. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the promotion will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

*Snappy Shopper Ltd reserve the right to decline to offer their delivery platform to any retailers who are deemed by them to be unsuitable.
