What?
Snappy Shopper are offering their top retailers across the platform the opportunity to participate in an exciting nation-wide World Cup 1966 Pricing Campaign, where we are rolling back the prices of 5 best loved products to 1966 prices! We are combining the World Cup with the cost of living crisis to drive volume for your store! This will be set up on the app as a retro 1966 category, where these products will be available to purchase in the same way they appear on a standard category. It is not a bundle - customers purchase the items individually just like when shopping from a normal category, allowing you to manage your own stock volumes on the individual items in the same way you normally do.

15th, 16th & 17th November
What will Snappy Shopper do?
Snappy will make a contribution towards each 1966 item, see T&Cs for breakdown below. We are running this as a national campaign, with the goal of generating virality by combing elements of the World Cup + the cost of living crisis. This will involve us engaging with local press, creating 1966 content across Snappy Socials & providing you with all materials required drive this campaign across your own Social channels.
What do you need to do?
Drive awareness of the 1966 Retro Pricing Campaign across your own social media, including local FB groups & maintain updated stock levels on the app as items come in & out of stock.
Why?
The goal of this promotion is to drive awareness + new customers to your store via a nation-wide campaign, and to increase order volumes across the quieter mid-week period ahead of the World Cup - setting you up with an increased audience ahead of the World Cup sales opportunity.
Participating Products
The 1966 price below is the price that the product will be set on the app for the duration of the campaign, so this is the price the customer will pay.
Snappy will make a contribution to each product sold, which is listed below:
T&Cs
- Customers can purchase a maximum of 1 of each item per order - so they can purchase 1 item from the category, or they can purchase all 5 items from the category.
- There will be a Snappy contribution cap of 200 contributions per item. So we will contribute £0.80 for maximum 200 Doritos sold, 200 Pepsi sold etc. You can continue to sell products at 1966 prices after the cap if you wish
- Stock limits can be set on each item to help you maintain availability if you know how much stock you have available of each product
- The promotion will run Tue 15th - Thur 17th November
- The promotion will be set up as a new category with new products in your menu
- We are arranging press coverage for this promotion
