
Half-Term 1p Bundle Results
Over 100 Snappy Shopper retailers signed up for our latest penny bundle, which ran for one day only on Tuesday 28th March. This was our top-performing bundle offer yet, with fantastic results for the retailers who got involved and amplified the campaign in-store and on social media.
We want our retailers to fully understand the benefits of taking part in these penny bundles, which we run regularly, and to demonstrate the positive impact they have on business growth.
As a result, we've done some analysis on the benefits of the bundle on new customers, order numbers and sales for participating stores, compared to the three previous Tuesdays. Read on to find out more.
Average overall sales increased by 99%
99% was the average sales growth on the day for stores who participated in the bundle. So, for example, a store who typically made £417.86 in Snappy sales per day made £829.87 on the day of the bundle.
Average overall orders per day increased by 210%
When we looked at the average order per merchant per day for the stores who took part, the number grew from 17 on an average Tuesday to 52 the day of the bundle.
Average new customers per day increased by 774%
Penny bundles are one of the best ways to increase your new customer numbers. Retailers that typically only got 1 new customer on a Tuesday reached up to 11 new customers the day of the bundle, with some stores gaining over 100 new customers on the day.
