New: Picker App now available on Zebra

Does your store use Zebra in-store? If so, good news! The Snappy Shopper picker app is now available on Zebra devices, giving you the option to pick your Snappy Shopper orders on more devices.

With the addition of Zebra, the Snappy Shopper picker app is now available on:

  • Snappy Order Management Device (Sumni)
  • Play Store (Android Phones & Devices)
  • Zebra

To add the picker app to your Zebra device, Snappy Shopper will need to provide you with the app to download on your device. Please reach out to support@snappyshopper.co.uk, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

New: Assign drivers on the picker app

You can now assign orders to drivers on your Snappy Shopper picker app. You should now see the ‘Assign Driver’ button at the top of the picking app when you are on an order:

Update: Improved order visibility

We have added an additional feature to the orders page on your store’s Admin Dashboard. When on the orders page, you should now be able to see the status of each order’s status more clearly.

Coming Soon: New iOS App

You may remember, at the start of summer, we announced our new iOS app. For full information on the new app design, please visit our announcement here.

We’re delighted to announce that we have started a slow rollout of the updated app.

Customers on iOS will be prompted to update their Snappy Shopper app from the app store if they are in the rollout batch. We expect the new app to be fully rolled out by early-mid September.
