Snappy Shopper drives 60% sales growth at long-term partner Nisa High Station

Snappy Shopper, the UK’s leading q-commerce technology platform for independent retailers, is celebrating a major growth milestone at Nisa High Station in Falkirk, where targeted marketing support and close collaboration have delivered a 60% sales uplift in just two weeks.

The store, owned by Nadeem Ali Qurban and part of a family-run business for nearly five decades, has been working with Snappy Shopper since 2021. The recent sales spike reflects a co-ordinated campaign to grow market share in a competitive delivery landscape, demonstrating the power of long-term partnerships and sustained investment.

Between 23 June and 6 July, Nisa High Station took an additional week’s trading when compared to the store’s typical sales volume. This represents a 60% increase compared to both the previous fortnight and the same period in the prior month.

New customer growth has also surged, with an increase of over 200% in just two weeks. This expansion is especially significant given the store’s presence in a mature delivery area, underlining the continued appetite for convenience and the impact of smart, community-focused marketing.

“Demand just keeps growing,” said Nadeem. “New customer numbers are up by over 200% and Snappy Shopper has helped us not only retain our loyal base but bring in a whole new wave of shoppers. The results have been fantastic. The support from Snappy Shopper has made all the difference.”

To drive performance, Snappy Shopper and Nisa High Station launched a suite of initiatives, including free delivery for all customers, enticing product promotions, digital advertising and giveaways, part of a joint investment between retailer and platform. The campaign also coincided with one of Snappy Shopper’s "Win Your Summer Holiday Spend" winners coming from the store, driving further visibility and excitement in the community.

Due to growing demand, the store is currently recruiting new drivers to support its expanded delivery offering. A Snappy Shopper vehicle wrap - featuring Nadeem himself - is also in development to further boost local brand awareness and bring a fun, hyper-local touch to their marketing efforts.

“We’re proud to work alongside retailers like Nadeem who are deeply rooted in their communities and passionate about growth,” said Mike Callachan, CEO of Snappy Shopper. “Our commitment goes far beyond onboarding, this is about building long-term success. Nisa High Station’s performance is proof that with the right tools, the right partnership and consistent support, independent retailers can thrive in today’s on-demand economy.”

With nearly 50 years of service to the Falkirk community, Nisa High Station is a cornerstone of the local area and after three years on the Snappy Shopper platform, it’s still breaking new ground.
